Years of development have been required to produce a blade which will maintain consistent quality. The Perma-Life blade is the result of that effort.
These blades incorporate layered ceramic over a steel back. Various bevels and designs are available to allow each coater to run at peak efficiency. Each blade is custom designed to order, creating the perfect match for your equipment. The exceptionally smooth finish of each bevel type improves the quality of the coated paper produced. The coefficient of friction is so low, very few scratches form.
