Pacific International coater blades are produced from the finest blue polished spring steel with superior straightness and precise uniform bevels, which range from 0 to 90 degrees. The precise bevels of Pacific International coater blades require minimal break-in time. The even coating produced by these long lasting blades results in increased paper production and reduced downtime.

ACCU-WEAR COATER BLADES are produced from fine grain structure steel. Users report as much as twice the life from these blades. Available is all sizes and types. Contact your representative for details.

COATER RODS are made of stainless steel with a special hard chrome coating. They have tolerances of +.06" -.00" (+1.6mm -0mm) on the length and + .001" (+.0254mm) on the diameter. This precision production means superior wear, outstanding running quality and excellence in even coating.
Coater rod sizes available:
Cold drawn steel: Up to 20 ft. (6096mm) length, any diameter.
Stainless steel: Any length, any diameter.
