OPTICAL COMPARATOR
Coater Blade Angle Image
The Optical Comparator shown is a devise used for checking new/worn coater blade angles. The Comparator comes with an appropriate screen and mounting block for coater blade samples.
The unit is desk size, and hand operated. Coater blade angles of +- 1/2 degree can be shown.
Note that the blade sample is displayed on a horizontal "0" line, the screen is then manually rotated to the appropriate angle, giveing the angle presentation.
